Product Introduction:

Stevia is one kind of natural sweetener and medical auxiliary agent extracted from stevia leaves which is a plant of asteraceae herb. Stevia is pure white with sweet taste, no peculiar smell and stable in property. Whats more, it is not easy to become mouldy and also soluble in water and alcohol very easily. It is a perfect sweetener ever discovered with the most similar taste to sucrose and approved for use safely. Stevia is high in sweetness, but low in calorie. Its sweetness is about 200-450 times compared with sucrose, but calories is only 1/300 times. It is popularly used in medicine, cosmetic industry and wine, food and beverage,etc. Nowadays, stevia is an ideal alternative of sucrose, named asthe Third Source of Sweetener.

At the same time, based on amounts of drug experiments, it proved that the stevia glycoside has non-toxic side effects, not only no carcinogens, but also with high safety performance. Stevia leaf extract contains about 14 kinds of amino acids and more than 10 kinds of trace elements( like iron, zinc, copper, cobalt, manganese, molybdenum, sulfur and fluorine, chromium, bromine, selenium,etc). Brief introduction for different specification like SG, STV, RA, RB, RM.

1. Steviol glycosides series(SG)

SG Stevia 90%(steviol glycosides) is the most widely used specification. It is white or light yellow powder or granule with lasting sweetness and cool flavour.

2. Stevioside series(STV)

The taste of STV 90% is only second to RA series. Its sweetness is around 270 times compared with sucrose.

3. Reb-A series(RA)

RA 98% is the spec produced according to FDA standard. When Reb-A content is going to 98%, it is with an fresh, cool and lasting sweet taste. The sweetness for RA98% is about 450 times to sucrose.

RA 99% is improved from RA 98%, it is the most excellent spec in whole RA series which also indicates our advanced technology in stevia extraction. Rebaudioside C has a big influence on the taste of stevia, we reduce RC content in RA 99% which make sure RA99% has the almost the same taste with sucrose. It can be used in top grade food, medical and health care products.

4. Reb-D series(RD)

Reb-D has became a new part in stevia extract as it has a very nice sweet taste which the normal steviosides can't compare with. The content of Reb-D in stevia is quite low, so it is mostly used in some kinds of high-grade products.

5. Reb-M series(RM)

In recent years, we found it has a better taste than RD after lots of research and experiments. And this spec is known by public more and more.

6. Reb-B series(RB)

The sweetness of Reb-B is not really high, but RB can offer a fine taste in different stevia formula products. Also it can inhibit the bitter taste in stevia and bring fascinating smell.

3: How do you control like pesticides residue, heavy metal, microbio, physical index or other Hazardous substances for each product?

We control them from raw material, will ask raw material supplier to test. After all items are qualified, materials are accepted by us. For heavy metal, microbio and physical index like assay finished products, we test in factory lab, for pesticides residue and other index we test it in third lab such as SGS and Eurofins or based on customers request.
